Job summary

Hatfield Woodhouse Primary School in Doncaster is seeking an HLTA to join our academy in October 2026 on a part-time, permanent basis. You will complement teachers' delivery of the curriculum, assist with planning, resources and pupil support, and supervise classes during short-term absences.

Qualifications

• HLTA role supporting teachers' delivery of the curriculum.
• Collaborating with teaching staff and assisting with planning, resources and pupil support.

Responsibilities

• Complement teachers' delivery of the curriculum and contribute to development of support staff and pupils.
• Assist in whole planning cycle and management/preparation of resources.
• Supervise classes during short-term teacher absence.
• Provide pupil and teacher support to raise achievement and encourage independent learning.
