The role requires at least two years as a GM in a quality branded environment, with a hands‑on, hospitality‑driven leadership style and a strong track record of delivering excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a General Manager in a branded restaurant or hospitality business.
• Proven track record in managing high‑volume operations and large teams.
• Strong commercial awareness: budgets, cost control and sales leadership.
• Passion for delivering exceptional food, service and guest experiences.
• Outstanding leadership, coaching and people development skills.
