Responsibilities include lead generation, negotiation, pipeline management, showings, and CRM usage. 2–4 years of agent experience required with strong communication and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or Associate’s Degree in Business.
• 2–4 years of Real Estate Agent experience with proven metrics.
• Proficient in Google Docs and MS Office; strong phone skills.
• Experience with lead generation and CRM/marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and close assigned leads using MailChimp, Podio and internal tools.
• Negotiate, contract and inspect on-market and off-market opportunities.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects; act as lead contact for buyers.
• Sell assets and overcome price objections.
• Schedule and conduct appointments and showings.
• Use CRM daily to update and close deals timely.
• Collaborate with out-of-state brokers and acquisitions team on listings.
• Attend meetings and trainings to contribute to the team.
