Job summary

A2Z Driving Service Ltd is seeking an experienced HIAB driver for full-time, permanent work across the UK, including London. You will operate HGVs, use HIABs for loading and unloading, and maintain accurate delivery logs.

A background in securing loads on flatbeds and strong communication are essential for this role. Competitive salary with overtime opportunities, Monday–Friday schedule with optional weekend work, and a dedicated vehicle for UK-wide deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience operating HIABs and HIAB loaders.
• Proven ability to securely load/unload with straps, ratchets and chains.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate HGVs in line with traffic regulations.
• Deliver and offload goods using HIAB, ensuring load security.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and pre-trip inspections.
• Maintain delivery logs and liaise with dispatch.
• Secure loads on flatbed using straps, ratchets and chains.
• Operate Lorry Loaders/HIABs and ensure safety.

Full-Time, Permanent £34000 £60,000 per year
