Job summary

A2Z Driving Service Ltd. is seeking an experienced HIAB Driver to join our team for UK-wide deliveries. You will operate HGVs, offload using HIAB, and ensure loads are secured and logged accurately.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime and weekend work. You will have the chance to work on high-profile contracts and take pride in a dedicated vehicle provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Experience operating HIABs and securing loads with straps, ratchets and chains.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and pre-trip inspections.
• Maintaining accurate delivery logs and liaising with dispatch.

Job description

Your Day-to-Day:

• Safely operate HGVs in line with traffic regulations
• Deliver and offload goods using a HIAB, ensuring proper load security
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and pre-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and liaise with dispatch
• Proven experience securing loads on flatbed vehicles using straps, ratchets, and chains
• Skilled in operating Lorry Loaders/HIABs Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused Great communication and record-keeping skills

Full-Time, Permanent £34000 £60,000 per year
