Job description

HGV 2 Drivers Required

Location: Runcorn

Pay rate: £16.25 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday

Start Time: 06:00 AM

Complex Recruitment has an excellent opportunity available for HGV2 Drivers to work for a well-established company based in Runcorn. This opportunity is for drivers looking for full-time, ongoing work, completing multi-drop deliveries with professionalism and dedication.

Your Responsibilities As An HGV 2 Driver

1. Safely completing 10-18 deliveries per shift to pubs, restaurants, and hotels.
2. Assisting with deliveries alongside a driver's mate.
3. Using a sack barrow & pump truck to assist at delivery points.
4. Adhering to UK Road Laws, Regulations, and Working Time Regulations.
5. Ensuring all merchandise is accounted for and cross-checking stock against the manifest.
6. Conducting daily vehicle checks before heading out for deliveries.
7. Handling kegs as part of the delivery process.

About The HGV 2 Driver Within You

1. Must hold an HGV C Category Licence with no more than 6 points.
2. Must hold a valid CPC Card and Digi Card.
3. Minimum one year of multi-drop experience.
4. Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and central office.
5. Reliable, professional, and flexible with a can-do attitude.
6. Must be willing to complete multi-drop deliveries efficiently.
