Job summary

Volvo Group in the United Kingdom is seeking skilled HGV Technicians to join our growing team. You will perform service, maintenance and repair work on Volvo trucks to the highest standards, using modern diagnostic equipment.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate up to £23, a £3,000 joining bonus and rotating shifts with overtime opportunities; and access to world-class training and a clear development pathway within Volvo Trucks.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified HGV Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience with HGVs or commercial vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with a proactive attitude.
• Valid UK driving licence; HGV licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Salary and Working Hours

Salary up to £23 per hour (dependent upon experience & skill set) £3,000 JOINING BONUS!!!!!! (direct applicants only, paid after 6 months continuous service) Rotating earlies/lates: Monday to Friday 0600hrs to 1400hrs / 1400hrs to 2200hrs, alternative Saturday 0600hrs to 1200hrs @ overtime - time and a half.
