Job summary

Crossroads Truck & Bus in Lincoln (LN6 9AP) is seeking an HGV Technician to diagnose faults, service and repair trucks and buses to Volvo standards. You will manage repair orders, service reports and associated paperwork while delivering high levels of customer service.

Join a team focused on quality workmanship in a fully equipped workshop with pension and training benefits. The role operates on a weekly shift pattern with alternating Saturdays and offers a loyalty bonus and tool allowance.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds part 1 & 2 / BTEC / IMI in motor vehicle management or equivalent practical experience.
• HGV Licence advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Fault diagnosis, servicing and repairs in line with Volvo’s high standards.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately (repair orders, service reports, production cards).
