  • Carry out thorough vehicle inspections in line with the O licence requirements.

  • Fault finding & diagnostics.
  • Update all required paperwork/databases.

Overview

HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter – Night shift

Depot Location: Widnes

Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday 6pm to 6am

Contract Type: Full time / Permanent

Financial Package: £56,000 Per Annum

Responsibilities
  • Carry out thorough vehicle inspections in line with the O licence requirements
  • Carry out repairs highlighted during initial inspection

  • Fault finding & diagnostics
  • Updating all required paperwork / databases
Qualifications
  • Hold full industry qualifications and have served a recognised apprenticeship
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of Truck & Trailer Maintenance
  • A commercial licence would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, maintenance and repair
