Hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing:

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day service, MOT preparation, and repairs of our HGVs.
  
• You will keep our HGVs safely on the road, so our street-side operatives can carry out their duties for our millions of customers.
  
• Responsible for carrying out routine vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, fault finding, and repairs to ensure our fleet is reliable, available, and safe.
  
• Repair and maintain the Veolia Fleet, 3rd party vehicles, and plant in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards.
  
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork and timesheets are completed accurately.
  
• Attend roadside breakdowns when required.
  

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter/Technician, ideally with an NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Qualification.
  
• HGV Licence - desirable but not essential
