Job summary

Renault Trucks Essex, part of the Volvo Group, is seeking an experienced HGV technician to operate within a busy main dealer environment in the Essex area. The role offers a clear progression plan, exposure to EV and next-generation vehicle technology, and the opportunity to work with a global brand known for its leadership in transport solutions.

• Diagnose and repair HGVs to main dealer standards
• Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and troubleshoot
• Perform preventive maintenance and service on HGVs
• Contribute to training and knowledge sharing within the Essex team

What you will do

We will pay up to £24 pr hr, (£56,160) before overtime, working 45 hours on a rotating shift.

Shifts: 45 hours Mon-Fri 06.00 – 15.30 and 12.30 – 22.00; Saturday’s as required

The preferred candidate will have experience of working to main dealer standards and attract the higher rate of pay. However, we will consider experienced HGV technicians with computer aided diagnostics skills with all round HGV experience to compliment our Essex team.
