Job summary

Venatu Consulting Ltd in Haywards Heath is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to inspect, maintain, service and repair a range of municipal vehicles and RCVs. You will join a small, well-organised workshop that values quality workmanship and teamwork.

The role offers a permanent contract, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30, with overtime available up to 2 hours per day paid at 1.5x. Salary is £46,215 per year with 25 days leave + Bank Holidays and pension contributions up to 6%.

Qualifications

• Experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic.
• Confident performing servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Comfortable working on municipal vehicles and/or RCVs.
• Able to work independently as well as in a small team.
• Must hold a level 3 qualification in HGV.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, service and repair municipal vehicles and RCVs.
• Work in a small, well-organised workshop valuing quality workmanship and teamwork.

Salary: £46,215 per annum (£22.22 per hour) OTE up to 63k+ with overtime

Shift: Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week | 06:00-2:30pm

We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our friendly, close-knit team working within a nice bright, warm workshop which is roughly 5 years old.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HGV Technician looking for excellent work-life balance, consistent Monday-to-Friday hours and no contractual weekend working.

The Role

As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, servicing and repair of a range of municipal vehicles and RCVs.

You'll be working in a small, well-organised workshop where quality workmanship and teamwork are valued.
