Job summary

Venatu Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Technician (HGV) for an ongoing contract in the Greater Manchester area. The role involves servicing, inspecting, and repairing HGVs to workshop standards, with MOT prep and planned maintenance. You will diagnose faults and work across various workshops.

Contractors can expect weekly pay, with roles inside and outside IR35 depending on assignment. Local workshops and blue chip clients provide diverse opportunities and training.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in heavy vehicle maintenance.
• Experience working on HGVs and RCVs.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Contract Heavy Vehicle Technician (HGV) to carry out the following:

• Service, maintain, inspect and repair HGV vehicles when needed to workshop standard
• MOT preparation and planned preventative maintenance and quality checks
• Fault diagnosis

If you are a level 3 qualified, experienced heavy vehicle mechanic (HGV) with experience of working on HGVs and RCVs and you are looking to start work as soon as possible then please get in touch.
