• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented in inspections, repairs, and documentation.

HGV Technician

Address: Warrington, Cheshire

Salary: 40k to 42k plus annual leave and pension

Shift Pattern: Dayshift 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday

Please note that you will need to drive a vehicle to reach the site as there are no buses nearby.

Responsibilities

• You will be fully competent in conducting HGV / Trailer safety inspections and MOT preparation to achieve VOSA compliance and have a strong grounding in HGV electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Able to achieve timely completion of tasks and give accurate updates whilst remaining focused and calm under pressure.
• Keeping detailed records of repairs, inspections, and testing.

Requirements

• As a valued member of our team, you will bring with you experience and enthusiasm and be qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in the repair and servicing of HGV's.
• Have good communication skills and show attention to detail in all aspects of inspection, repair and testing documentation.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
