Job summary
Tru Talent is recruiting a Commercial Vehicle Technician to join a busy Gloucester workshop. You'll work on HGV and LCV vehicles, with a rotating 40-hour week and overtime paid at 1.5x. The role offers a Monday to Friday pattern with overtime readily available and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI qualification in HGV/LCV Vehicle Maintenance.
- Previous experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician, HGV Technician or LCV Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Reliable and quality-focused.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair HGV and LCV vehicles.
- Carry out major and minor mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults.
- Complete preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Carry out roadside repairs when required.
- Complete warranty work and accurate paperwork.
- Identify worn and faulty components to DVSA standards.
- Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.
