Severn Trent Plc in Birmingham is recruiting a Network Logistics Operative to manage large-scale construction logistics across multiple sites. You’ll transport reinstatement materials, drive HGV grab lorries, and help ensure safe, compliant deliveries and material handling to support main renewal works.

The role requires a Class 2 (Cat C) or higher licence, HIAB/Grab qualification, and experience in utilities or construction, plus NRSWA.

Qualifications

• Class 2/Class C or higher driving licence (CE preferred) and HGV driving experience.
• Experience in utility and/or construction industries.
• HIAB (Grab) qualification and NRSWA operative status.

Responsabilités

• Transport reinstatement materials to/from site and operate mechanical excavation equipment.
• Collaborate with Network Logistics supervisor and Network Construction operatives; assist in safe removal and disposal of asbestos.
• Ensure excavations are safe, maintain access, and liaise with customers during each DMA renewal.
