Qualifications

Are you an experienced Class 1 or Class 2 HGV Driver looking for long-term stability, a modern fleet, and a company that truly values its drivers? On top of this, there is the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime. Based on an average of 8 hours per week, this could add up to an additional £9,750 per year (Class 1, based on an average of 8 hours overtime per week), meaning your hard work really does pay off.

• 42 hours guaranteed, with overtime paid after 42 hours.

• Class 1 - Monday to Friday

Job Opportunity

As a Whistl HGV Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting goods on pre-planned, designated routes. We operate a collection and injection to carrier model, giving you a more structured and predictable day. You'll be representing the Whistl brand, delivering exceptional service with every journey and helping ensure our customers' goods arrive on time and in perfect condition.

As an HGV Driver at Whistl, you will:

• Operate and maintain HGV vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the timely and secure delivery of goods to designated locations.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
