Job summary

SUEZ is seeking a dedicated driver to join its waste collection team in the South Gloucestershire area. You will operate collection vehicles, ensuring timely pickups from residents while upholding safety and service standards.

The role requires an LGV Category C licence, CPC and tachograph card, with training provided for Stillage Vehicles if needed. A passion for reliable, high‑quality customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• LGV Category C licence with valid CPC and tachograph card required.
• Experience in the waste industry is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with Stillage Vehicles – Kerbside Loaders and RCV desirable; training provided where needed.

What will I be doing?

The role will involve the driving and operation of vehicles collecting household waste and recycling from the residents of South Gloucestershire, delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.

What are the requirements?

• Applicants must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team delivering a high level of customer service.
• An LGV Category C licence as well as a valid CPC card and tachograph card are essential.
• Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable, however is not essential.
• Experience of working with Stillage Vehicles – Kerbside Loaders and RCV is desirable but not essential as training will be given where necessary.
