Job summary

Terex is seeking a Dispatch Co-ordinator at the Ballymoney site to manage vehicle driving, including lorries and forklift trucks, delivering goods to Terex facilities and customers.

The role requires an HGV Class 1 licence, experience with multi-drop deliveries, and a strong customer-service focus. You will work closely with the Dispatch team, adhering to health and safety procedures and supporting yard operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Essential: HGV Class 1 Driving Licence.
• GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
• Must possess an up-to-date CPC Card.
• At least 2 years driving experience.
• Experience transporting heavy plant and multi-drop deliveries.
• Good communicator with initiative and teamwork.
• Willing to learn new skills and responsibilities across the business.
• Role involves heavy manual labour.
• Flexible and available for overtime/shift work.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles ensuring safe securing to minimise damage.
• Check goods with customers and obtain signatures/print.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer issues on delivery.
• Carry out multi-drop deliveries timely and safely.
• Drive vehicles in compliance with tachograph law and driver hours.
• Look after and maintain vehicle condition.
• Operate forklift trucks and deliver materials safely around site.
• Operate crane safely where applicable.
• Follow fuel directives and company procedures.
