Job summary

M-Sport UK operates at the highest levels of international motorsport, combining driving roles with hands-on event operations. Based at Dovenby Hall, you will drive HGVs, support transport for events, assists with facilities setup and dismantling, and help prepare and move equipment across the UK and abroad.

The role requires a full UK HGV Class 1 licence, proven driving experience, and a practical, safety-conscious approach to loading, unloading and on-site operations.

Qualifications

• HGV Licence: Full UK HGV Class 1 (C+E).
• Proven professional HGV driving experience with safe loading/ securing.
• Strong practical, hands-on event and operations skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety in HGV operation and loading/unloading.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy event operations team.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV vehicles to transport competition cars, equipment and materials.
• Assist with transport of vehicles/equipment to events, tests and activities.
• Support setup, operation and dismantling of event facilities and infrastructure.
• Assist with preparation, loading and organisation of vehicles and materials.
• Load, secure and unload motorsport equipment safely.
• Perform vehicle, trailer and equipment checks and report defects.
• Assist with service park, hospitality areas, workshops and event facilities.
• Support movement and inventory management of equipment during events.
• Complete vehicle, journey and event documentation accurately.

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced HGV Driver & Event Operative to join our Operations team at our Dovenby Hall headquarters.This is a varied and hands-on role combining professional HGV driving with the practical requirements of supporting M-Sport’s motorsport events and operations.
