Qualifications

• Building experience in general maintenance, facilities or similar.
• Practical skills for a variety of maintenance tasks.

• Good health and safety awareness for on-site work.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Clear verbal communication and teamwork.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs across buildings and site facilities.
• Undertake minor building tasks such as decorating, joinery, plastering as required.
• Support planned maintenance activities to keep facilities in good order.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate external support as needed.
• Maintain site appearance and upkeep of external areas and access routes.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed during activities.

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a practical and experienced Site Maintenance Operative to join our Site Maintenance team at our Dovenby Hall headquarters.This is a varied and hands-on role responsible for supporting the general maintenance, repair and upkeep of M-Sport’s buildings, facilities and wider site. Working across our busy motorsport and engineering environment, you will help ensure our facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained. We’re looking for someone with general building experience who is confident carrying out a range of practical maintenance tasks and repairs.
