Our Team

Our nationwide Plant and Tool division hires a range of equipment including diggers, dumpers, and small power tools for customers across the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.

The Role

The HGV Driver is responsible for loading, delivering, and collecting heavy plant equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner. The driver must operate responsibly and safely within the law at all times. On customer sites, there may be a requirement to demonstrate hire equipment, and the driver must ensure all checks and administrative tasks related to the hire are completed accurately.

About You

Successful applicants should demonstrate:

1. Significant experience working as an HGV driver loading, delivering, and collecting heavy plant equipment from customer sites.
2. Class 2 driving license, Driver CPC with a minimum of 35 hours completed, and a valid Digital Tachograph card.
3. Recent experience towing trailers is essential.
4. An understanding of Health & Safety protocols and the ability to follow these guidelines in the workplace.
5. Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
