- Give excellent customer service and stay professional and courteous with customers, suppliers and the public
- Complete collections and deliveries on time with a positive, can-do attitude, and flag issues to the transport team early
- Spot sales opportunities on customer sites, such as extra waste streams or collections, and pass them to the commercial team
- Use the handheld device to record notes, photos, proof of collection and delivery, and vehicle data in real time
- Wear the correct uniform and PPE, and look after company vehicles and equipment
- Follow all health and safety policies, risk assessments and safe operating procedures
- Keep your licence and qualifications up to date (Driver CPC, ADR, Moffett where required)
