Job summary

Brakes in Grantham is hiring a Class 1 Driver. You’ll deliver ambient, chilled and frozen goods to depots across the region, maintaining high food hygiene standards and accurate load records.

Start times vary 09:00–13:00, with day shifts Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday and 45 hours per week. You’ll be part of the UK’s leading foodservice team, with pension, holidays, training, and product discounts as part of your benefits.

Qualifications

• Class 1 driving experience
• CPC cardholding for professional driving
• Team player with customer focus
• Willingness to work a shift system

A key member of our driving team, you’ll deliver our fantastic ambient, chilled and frozen products to other depots. You’ll make sure everything is delivered safely, on time and to the highest food hygiene standards. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, completing load plans and building positive relationships with your colleagues.
