Job summary

Brakes is recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to deliver ambient, chilled and frozen products across the local region. You will work Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays, starting around 6:00am, ensuring on-time deliveries and maintaining high food hygiene standards.

You will hold a valid CPC, demonstrate strong communication and people skills, and follow processes while maintaining accurate records and load plans. Brakes offers a supportive, inclusive culture with benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified Class 2 Driver with valid CPC.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to follow processes and maintain records.
• Willing to work a shift pattern including Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers.
• Ensure deliveries are on time and meet food hygiene standards.
• Maintain load plans and accurate delivery/records.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
