Job summary

Brakes is the UK\'s largest foodservice supplier, part of Sysco. Thetford-based role for an HGV Class 2 Driver involves delivering ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers across the local region, with a 05:30–15:00 Monday–Friday schedule and a base compensation up to £41,677 per year plus bonus and benefits.

You will maintain load plans, keep accurate records and uphold high food hygiene standards, while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• A Class 2 driver with valid CPC and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures.
• Flexibility to work in a shift system.

Responsibilities

A key member of our driving team, you’ll deliver our fantastic ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers across the local region. You’ll make sure everything is delivered safely, on time and to the highest food hygiene standards. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, completing load plans and building positive relationships with your colleagues and customers.
