Job summary

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client’s Food Distribution site at Magna Park, Lutterworth. This is a full-time role, average 12 hours per shift with starting times including 00:30, 12:00 and 21:00 in rotating patterns. Carry out one store per run plus collection, with some long-distance deliveries and pallet back door into stores.

Applicants must have 6 months Class 1 driving experience, CPC and tacho card. On-site canteen, free parking and free hot drinks are provided.

Job description

Staffline is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for our clients' Food Distribution site based in Magna Park, Lutterworth.

Estimated hourly pay using consolidated rates

• Weekday and night £19.30 per hour
• Saturday day and night £22.40 per hour
• Sunday day and night £24.40 per hour

This is a full-time role, average of 12 hours per shift

Starting times

• 4 on 4 off, 00:30
• Thursday - Sunday, 12:00
• 4 on 4 off + Tuesday - Saturday, 21:00

Your Time at Work

• Carry out one store per run + collection, some long-distance deliveries.
• Some store required pallet back door into store delivery.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have excellent communication skills and be able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly.

Applicants will have 6 months class 1 driving experience, CPC and tacho card.
