Job summary

SUEZ is looking for a committed driver to collect Industrial and Commercial waste and recycling, ensuring high service standards and strict safety compliance. You will operate waste collection vehicles, interact with customers in a professional manner, and work as part of a hard-working team.

Applicants should hold a valid LGV Class 2 licence with CPC, and demonstrate a passion for professional driving and customer service. Training and support are provided where needed.

Qualifications

• LGV Class 2 licence and CPC card are essential.
• Experience in waste industry is desirable but not required.
• Good communication skills and teamwork are important.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate vehicles to collect Industrial and Commercial waste and recycling.
• Deliver a high standard of service while following health and safety rules.
• Maintain vehicle standards and report issues as needed.

Job description

What will I be doing?

The role will involve the driving and operation of vehicles collecting Industrial and Commercial waste and recycling from our customers, delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.

What are the requirements?

You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.

The role also requires:

• An LGV Class 2 license as well as a CPC card are essential.
• Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable though not essential.
• Experience of working with recycling vehicles, roll on roll off containers, is preferred but not essential as training will be given where necessary.
