Job summary

SUEZ in the United Kingdom is seeking a C+E driver to join the site team in Five Lanes, Wales. The role focuses on floor-to-floor movements, delivering a high standard of service while ensuring health and safety compliance and adherence to site rules.

You will maintain records for material removal, work with colleagues to meet site permits and legal duties, and perform other duties as required. A flexible, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with LGV C+E (Class 1) and at least 1 year of C+E experience.
• Valid DCPC and digital tachograph.
• Experience of bulk haulage preferred.
• Good level of customer service and ability to work in a team.
• Flexible approach to cover holidays and sick days when required.

Responsibilities

Job description

What will I be doing?

The role will involve walking floor work, deliver a high standard of service and always ensure compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own.

• Maintaining accurate records for the removal of materials from the site.
• Ensuring SUEZ complies fully with its legal duties in respect of the health, safety and welfare of its employees and of other people who may be affected by his/her actions or omissions.
• Co‑operating with SUEZ and with other employees to comply with the site permit, comply with all applicable legislation, and SUEZ Policies and Procedures.
• Any other duties that are reasonably requested within the scope of the job‑role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who will be expected to join the current site team to ensure operations exceed the standards required.

What you will need is:

• Full UK driving licence with LGV C+E (Class 1)
• Minimum 1yr C+E experience
• Valid DCPC & digital tachograph
• Experience of bulk haulage preferred
• A good level of customer service and ability to work in a team.
• A flexible approach to work will be advantageous as you will be expected to cover holiday and sick days if required.
