DHL Supply Chain in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an HGV driver to join our team. You will deliver goods safely and on time, performing multi-drop routes and daily vehicle checks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

We offer a permanent full-time role with a competitive base pay of £36,892.78 per year plus a discretionary £2,600 yearly bonus and overtime opportunities, along with a comprehensive benefits package and pension. Flexible patterns may be discussed at interview.

Competenze

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 or 2 Driving Licence (C or C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• New passes welcome but previous experience would be advantageous.

Mansioni

• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Comply with health and safety standards and The Highway Code at all times.
• Carry out regular vehicle checks and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Perform manual handling of customer products.
• Conduct multi-drop deliveries (4–14 per day).
• Deliver food to stores and petrol forecourts.
• Work patterns: 7 out of 14 days.

Pay Rate: £36,892.78 plus a discretionary yearly bonus of £2600.00 + any overtime

Grade: Collective Agreement

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Any 7 out of 14 (3 days one week and 4 the next (Saturday included in the 4 day shift))

Location: Stoke On Trent ST4

• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
• Manual handling of customer products
• Multi-drop deliveries 4-14 a day
• delivering food to stores and petrol forecourts
• Only work 7 out of 14 days
