Job summary

Driver Hire Bournemouth & Salisbury is recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (Category C) drivers for regular, flexible work in Amesbury. TEMP-PERM opportunities, with weekly pay and a £150 bonus after completing the first 40 shifts.

You’ll join a friendly local team serving Wiltshire and Hampshire, with routes that fit around lifestyle, family commitments, or semi-retirement goals. All rates include PAYE Advanced Holiday Pay.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV licence (Class 1 C+E or Class 2 C).
• Digital Tachograph Card holder.
• Minimum 12 months HGV driving experience.
• Own transport to travel to work.

Responsibilities

• Drive for a variety of clients with flexible shifts.
• Load and unload where required.
• No two days are the same with different assignments.

The Role

You’ll complete a variety of driving assignments depending on your licence and experience, including:

• Class 1 (C+E), Class 2 (Category C)
• Loading and unloading where required

With a variety of clients and assignments, no two days are the same.

What You’ll Need

• Valid UK HGV driving licence (Class 1 C+E, Class 2 Category C)
• Digital Tachograph Card
• At least 12 months’ HGV driving experience (recent or previous)
• Own transport to travel to and from work
• No more than 6 penalty points

Applications cannot be accepted from drivers with DR, DD or IN endorsements.
