Job summary

MGF Ltd in Erith is seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our national provider of shoring, lifting and safety solutions. You will deliver and collect equipment to customer sites and depots, ensuring on-time, safe operations in a busy logistics environment.

The role requires a valid HGV licence (Class 1 or 2), Driver CPC, and at least 2 years of relevant driving experience. We offer guaranteed hours, pension, life assurance, and opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 or 2 Licence is required.
• Driver CPC is required.
• At least 2 years of recent HGV driving experience.
• (Desirable) CSCS Card and Banksman Slinger training.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting hire equipment on time, safely and efficiently.
• Addressing customer needs during deliveries and collections.
• Keeping the wagon clean and performing daily safety checks.
• Assisting in the loading and unloading of Company vehicles.

With 13 depots nationwide and over 450 passionate members of our team, we're expanding. Each team member plays a crucial role in this success, and we need your help as a HGV Class 2 Driver to continue delivering exceptional results.

Your Role:

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our operations. You'll be responsible for delivering and collecting our equipment from customer sites and our depots.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering and collecting hire equipment on time, safely and efficiently
• Addressing customer needs during deliveries and collections
• Keeping the wagon clean and performing daily safety checks
• Assisting in the loading and unloading of Company vehicles

To Achieve This, You Will Need:

• HGV Class 1 or 2 Licence
• At least 2 years of recent HGV driving experience
• Driver CPC
• Experience in delivering/collecting heavy goods to construction sites
• (Desirable) CSCS Card and Banksman Slinger training
