Job summary

MGF LTD is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our national team based in Castleford. You will deliver and collect hire equipment to customer sites and depots, ensuring on-time and safe handling across a busy transport operation.

You will hold an HGV licence, be CPC compliant, and bring at least 2 years of heavy goods driving experience. We offer guaranteed hours, overtime opportunities, and a pension scheme with life assurance to support your career with a national organisation.

• Keeping the wagon clean and performing daily safety checks.
• Assisting in loading and unloading of Company vehicles.

Salary: £15.25 Per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with opportunity for overtime paid at time and a half.

Your Role:

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our operations. You'll be responsible for delivering and collecting our equipment from customer sites and our depots.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering and collecting hire equipment on time, safely and efficiently
• Addressing customer needs during deliveries and collections
• Keeping the wagon clean and performing daily safety checks
• Assisting in the loading and unloading of Company vehicles

To Achieve This, You Will Need:

• HGV Class 1 or 2 Licence
• At least 2 years of recent HGV driving experience
• Driver CPC
• Experience in delivering/collecting heavy goods to construction sites
• (Desirable) CSCS Card and Banksman Slinger training
