Lanes Group, a leading nationwide utility services provider, is seeking a customer-focused operative to support the Thames Water contract at Deephams Sewage Treatment Works in Enfield. In this permanent, full-time role, you'll work four days on and four days off, 7am to 7pm, travelling with a partner to sites, operating high-pressure water jetting and drainage maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential sites in a two-person team to power a high-pressure water jet.
• Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems.
• Record each job report on specialist equipment.
• Run diagnostics and repairs on drains.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE usage.
• Operate VISTEC and Salesforce platforms.
• Safely access vehicles and sites using correct procedures.
