Lanes Group is seeking a customer-focused operative to support the Thames Water contract at Deephams Sewage Treatment Works, Enfield, London. This permanent, full-time role operates on a 4 days on/4 days off rota from 7am to 7pm.

You will work in a two-person team using high-pressure water jetting, travel between sites by HGV, and ensure safe, efficient drainage maintenance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV licence and CPC desirable.
• Experience in drainage or water jetting is preferable.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Travel to residential sites in a two-person team, operating a high-pressure water jet for restoration.
• Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems.
• Record each job report on the specialist equipment provided.
• Run diagnostics and repairs on drains.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain safety standards.
