Job summary

Lanes Group is a leading nationwide utility services provider partnering with Thames Water to deliver drainage and wastewater maintenance across the region. The role is based in Kidlington, offering a Permanent, full-time position with a 4-on/4-off shift pattern and a salary of £35,573 per annum.

You will travel in a two-person team to residential sites, operate high-pressure water jetting equipment, inspect and maintain drainage networks, and ensure safety and customer service standards while

Qualifications

• Experience driving HGV and operating in a two-person team.
• Commitment to health and safety practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential sites in a two-person crew; operate high-pressure water jet for restoration.
• Clean and maintain drainage systems and record job reports on equipment.
• Run diagnostics and repairs on drains and provide good customer service.
• Ensure PPE and safe site setups, and maintain vehicle stock.
• Liaise with client and colleagues; conduct tool and equipment inspections; report defects.
