Job summary

Adler and Allan is seeking an HGV Delivery Operative to join our depot team in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for delivering pipe fittings and aggregates to customers and project sites, and you will load and unload vehicles safely while supporting on-site operations.

The role combines driving, yard duties and hands-on site support, with responsibilities such as maintaining housekeeping, carrying out spot checks with the Depot Manager, and operating HIAB equipment when required.

Qualifications

• Hold Class 2 (Category C) Licence with CPC and digi tachograph.
• HIAB experience is required.
• Experience operating a grab vehicle is advantageous.
• Experience in a delivery, yard or construction environment.
• Able to work safely and effectively on your own or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pipe fittings and aggregates to customers and project sites.

• Supporting grab driver operations when needed
• Ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition
