Job summary

Facilities by ADF plc is looking for an HGV Class C and E Waste Tanker Operative to join the team based in Longcross, Surrey. You will operate our vacuum tanker to remove waste from trailers on production sites across the UK.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour shift pattern, offering a daily rate of £189 and overtime after 10 hours. Benefits include 29 days holiday, a pension, PPE, and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• A valid UK driving license with 6 points or fewer.
• Current DQC and Driver Digi-Card.
• Knowledge of Drivers hours and WTD.
• Flexibility and a team-player mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum tanker to remove waste from trailers on set.
• Work as part of a dedicated team and communicate with crew.
• Assist base staff with setting up equipment on site.

Location: Surrey, KT16 0EF

Salary: £189 per day, Overtime available after 10 hours

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

About Us:

Facilities by ADF plc provides serviced vehicle hire for television and film productions in the UK and Europe, specialising in on-location support for dramas and major features. The group includes Location One (Integrated end to end shoot support) and Autotrak Portable Roadways (temporary access equipment hire) and the role would be working across all three companies to ensure an aligned approach.

HGV Class C and E Waste Tanker Operative - The Role:

• To operate our vacuum tanker, removing waste from our trailers on production sites across the UK.
• You will be part of a dedicated team undertaking these duties
• Working as part of a team and communicating with the relevant crew to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Assist the Base Staff with the setting up of equipment on set
• Demonstrate good awareness of Health & Safety protocols

HGV Class C and E Waste Tanker Operative - Essential Requirements:

• Have a full UK Driving License (or equivalent) with 6 or less points
• Current DQC and Driver Digi-Card
• Knowledge of Drivers hours and WTD hours
• Adherence to Health and Safety guidance/rules
• Demonstration of a \"Can Do\" attitude
• Flexibility
• Be able to work as part of a professional, dedicated team
