Qualifications

• A valid LGV C (Class 2) licence is required.
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC) is required.
• A valid digital tachograph card is required.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Reliable, professional and positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness.
• Arrive on time and inform the traffic office of issues.
• Follow company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
• Complete deliveries and collections as scheduled.
• Comply with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Keep the vehicle clean, tidy and well maintained.

Your Role

Responsibilities

As an HGV Class 2 Tramper, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy


• Arriving on time and keeping the traffic office informed of any issues


• Following company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code


• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times


• Completing deliveries and collections as scheduled


• Complying with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations


• Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and well maintained
