Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics in Colchester is seeking HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team. You will transport goods safely with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, earning £15.75 per hour.

Key duties include daily vehicle checks, punctual arrivals, adherence to the Highway Code, and maintaining safety at all times. Qualifications include LGV C (Class 2) licence, Driver CPC, and a digital tachograph card.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy.
• Arrive on time and report issues to the traffic office.
• Follow company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
• Complete deliveries and collections as scheduled.
• Comply with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Keep vehicle clean, tidy and well maintained.

Your Role

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy
• Arriving on time and keeping the traffic office informed of any issues
• Following company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
