Job summary

Driver Hire Doncaster is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves transporting bulk materials, tipping loads across sites, and maintaining safety and paperwork standards.

We offer full-time hours in Barnsley with a Monday to Friday schedule and 4 nights away. Pay ranges from £16.31 per hour for new passes to £17.00 per hour for experienced drivers, plus £25 per evening expense.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 Licence.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card are essential.
• Experience driving tippers is preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of driver hours and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a Class 2 Tipper vehicle.
• Transporting and tipping loads across sites and customer locations.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and paperwork.
