Job summary

Driver Hire Doncaster & Barnsley is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver for a temp-to-perm role based in Barnsley. You will transport bulk materials, tip loads, and maintain safety and professional standards.

The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with four nights away, full-time hours, and progression opportunities within our logistics team. Hourly rates are £17.00ph for experienced drivers or £16.31ph+ for new passes plus £25 per evening expense.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 Licence.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card (essential).
• Proven experience driving tippers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a Class 2 Tipper vehicle.
• Transporting and tipping loads across sites and customer locations.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and paperwork.

About the Role

What we are looking for
