Job summary

Tom Orange Recruitment Ltd in Daventry is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers for Friday to Monday temp-to-perm roles. You will transport palletised goods within local postcodes, performing loading and unloading with tail lift and pump trucks as required.

Typical shifts offer around 50 hours per week with guaranteed hours and pay: £14.75 per hour plus holiday pay (£16.53 equivalent). Applicants must have a Digi Card, Driver CPC, and at least 1 year of driving experience (6 months heavy haulage).

Qualifications

• Valid Digi Card and Driver CPC required.
• 1 year of driving experience required, 6 months in heavy haulage preferred.
• Loading/unloading duties and tail lift operation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver palletised goods within local postcode areas.
• Perform loading and unloading with tail lift and pump trucks.
• Make 10–15 drops per day with some collections.

PAYE Drivers in Daventry WANTED

Our client based in Daventry for Friday - Monday TEMP - PERM positions

The work consists of transporting and delivering palletised goods within local postcode areas.

10-15 drops a day / + some collections

Curtain sider work / pallet network distributions

Temp - perm 12 weeks / use of tail lift and pump trucks required*

Guaranteed 50hrs per week.

Class 2

M-F £14.75 p/h + Holiday Pay = £16.53
