Job summary

Driving Force Recruitment Ltd, operating as an Employment Business, is recruiting for Cat C drivers for our client in Newport. Shifts start around 07:00 and run weekdays, finishing around 15:00, with bank holidays paid at a premium.

You will join kerbside recycling crews, often hopping in and out to assist loaders while visiting 200–300 properties daily. A valid UK licence, Digi Card, CPC, and 1 year HGV experience are required.

Qualifications

• Cat C/LGV2/HGV2 Entitlement is required.
• Valid Digi Card.
• CPC Qualification.
• Valid UK License.
• 1 year HGV experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive as part of kerbside recycling collection crews.
• Visit 2–300 properties per day to collect domestic recycling.
• Assist loaders on collection rounds and ensure safe handling.
• Adhere to health & safety rules and traffic regulations.

Driving Force Recruitment Ltd operating as an Employment Business are recruiting for Cat C drivers for our client based in Newport.

IMMEADIATE STARTS

Shifts start 0700 (or earlier in warmer months) and you will generally be finished by 1500 daily. Monday to Friday. This is inclusive of bank holidays (paid at a premium)

They are looking for drivers for their kerbside recycling collection crews. It is very active as you will be required to hop in and out assisting the loaders with collections visiting 2-300 properties per day. You will be collecting domestic recycling and having to shunt along busy main roads so good observation skills and health and safety awareness is key.
