Job summary

Kenect Recruitment is hiring HGV Class 2 drivers for a client in the Warrington area. Induction is provided with immediate starts and ongoing work at a PAYE rate of £15 per hour, with holidays accrued separately.

Drivers will operate box trailer vehicles making around 15 drops to major supermarket stores. Shifts begin 02:00–03:00, with 4–5 shifts across Mon-Sun. New passes are welcome and loading support is available at shift start.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Cat C; new passes welcome.
• No more than 3 points on licence; no DG/DR endorsements.
• Valid CPC and tachograph card.
• Hi-vis jacket and safety boots required.
• Must attend induction days on 18th & 19th August at specified times.
• Able to start immediately after induction.

Responsibilities

• Drive box trailer vehicles with around 15 drops to supermarket stores.
• Ongoing work with induction to begin; is PAYE paid weekly.
• Must be able to load truck with support at start of shift.

Kenect are hiring HGV Class 2 drivers for their prestigious client based in theWarrington area. This will be ongoing work with an induction to begin with. This work offers a fantastic PAYE pay rate of £15ph, PLUS holidays are accrued on top.

As a HGV Class 2 driver, you will be responsible for drivingbox trailer vehicles doing around 15 drops to major supermarket stores. NEW PASSES ACCEPTED.

The role:

• Temp to perm positions available for the right candidate
• 0200/0300 starts
• 4-5 shifts across Mon-Sun
• Paid weekly £15ph PAYE only, with holidays accrued separately
• Immediate starts
• Approx. 15 drops to supermarket stores
• Must be ok loading truck with support at start of shift

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with Cat C - new passes welcome to apply
• No more than 3 points on your licence - no DG/DR endorsements due to insurance purposes
• A valid CPC and tacho card
• Hi vis and safety boots
• Must be able to attend both induction days,Tuesday 18th August at 0600 and Wednesday 19th August at 0200
• Must be able to start straight away once induction is completed
