Rapier Employment is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a leading UK logistics provider based in Harlow. This full-time role offers £22 per hour, with a fixed 3-week rotating rota and shifts starting at 04:00–05:00, lasting up to 13 hours.

You will deliver to convenience stores across the region, with a guaranteed minimum of 8 hours per shift, weekly or monthly pay options, and temp-to-perm opportunities. Immediate starts available.

Working Pattern

• Enjoy a structured and predictable rota with no Sunday working

• Additional shifts may be available for those looking to maximise their earnings.

The Role

• This is a physically demanding but highly rewarding role involving multi-drop deliveries and manual handling.
• You'll be delivering to convenience stores across the region, ensuring products arrive safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

• You'll be responsible for delivering ambient, chilled, and frozen products while maintaining excellent food hygiene standards, completing delivery paperwork accurately, and carrying out daily vehicle checks.

Duties include

• Multi-drop deliveries (typically 6–8 drops per shift)
• Delivering ambient, chilled, and frozen products
• Using cages, dollies, pallets, and electric pallet trucks (full training provided)
• Delivering to convenience stores on planned routes
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery documentation
• Providing a professional, friendly, and reliable service to customers

What We're Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid Driver CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
• A reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work the rolling rota
