The Recruitment Crowd is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-known and industry-leading client based in the Normanton area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team.

Hours: Weekends, starting from 5am.

Pay Rate: £13.01 per hour PAYE.

Location: Normanton WF10.

Job Type: Ongoing, with an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.

The role:

• Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.
• Handling runs, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Assisting with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck may be required.
• Interacting with customers and representing the company professionally and courteously.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
• Valid and in-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
• Willing to undertake a short driving assessment.
