Days Class 1 HGV Driver - Stourton Bulk Farm

We are expanding! Arla Foods currently has opportunities for a Class 1 HGV driver at our Stourton Inbound Depot, working as part of our Inbound Logistics team. You will collect raw milk directly from our Farmer Owners. Please note, you will be required to operate both Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles in this role.

If you hold a clean Class 1 licence, Tacho Card, and CPC, we want to hear from you!

What does the job entail? You are a motivated individual with a Class 1 License and a valid CPC, knowledgeable about supply chain processes, and adhering to health and safety rules. It’s vital you can understand and read all signage and communicate well with colleagues and external customers. You are as serious about quality as we are, because you will be seeing our Farmer owners.

You will join our Stourton Logistics Team, with our Operations Manager, Shift Managers, Leading Hands, and other HGV Drivers, all working tirelessly to help feed the nation.

This role operates on a rota basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays, with premium shift payments for these days.

Day Positions:

Hourly night rate of £16.99 from Monday to Friday, £18.98 on Saturday, £19.93 on Sunday, and £21.68 on Bank Holidays, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week. Overtime shift payment is £40.

The shift pattern consists of 4 shifts per 7-day week, totaling approximately 206 shifts per annum.
