Gedling Borough Council is seeking an experienced HGV Driver (Class 2) to support its Waste Services across the Arnold area. You will operate a Category C refuse collection vehicle, carry out daily checks, and work with a team to deliver safe, reliable services for residents.

The role requires a valid LGV C (Class 2) licence and Driver CPC, with a strong emphasis on highway safety and customer-facing duties.

Qualifikationen

• Current Category C (Class 2) LGV licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Good understanding of highway and operational health and safety practices.
• Experience driving large vehicles in a professional environment.

Aufgaben

• Drive and operate a Category C (Class 2) refuse collection vehicle.
• Collaborate with collection crews to deliver safe and efficient services.

• Provide excellent customer service while representing the Council.
