Job summary

Driver Hire Gatwick is looking for a reliable HGV Class 2 Driver to join one of our valued clients in Crawley. You will support the logistics team in the warehouse and deliver palletised frozen foods, with a varied and active day.

Ideal candidates hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph card, and have warehouse experience. Permanent opportunities and competitive pay on offer.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence (Category C) and CPC.
• 2) Digital Tachograph card is required.
• 3) Forklift certificate preferable.
• 4) HGV and Warehouse experience.
• 5) No more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletised wholesale frozen foods products.
• Picking and Packing of orders.
• Load and unload goods and track inventory and stock.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks in line with Health & Safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with driver hours and road safety regulations.
• Safe loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse.
